This upgrade allows CRT staff to connect the Direct-Link LifeLine™ Series Command Unit Console directly into a barricaded residence's analog telephone system. Once connected, CNT staff can ring up to (6) telephones inside the residence simultaneously. Furthermore, all outgoing telephone calls placed from the "captured" telephone system are automatically directed to the Direct-Link's Command Unit console, eliminating the barricaded subject's ability to communicate with the "outside world" through their landline phone system. The upgrade includes (1) RJ11-to-Alligator Clip and RJ11-Neutrik Adapters. NOTE: The Direct-Link LifeLine™ System's Command Unit Console MUST be returned to our factory to implement the upgrade. The Residential Landline Capture Module Upgrade is delivered standard as a part of the Direct-Link LifeLine™ Series System's Optional Enhancement/Accessory Package.
