My Profile

To review/update your Member Profile, click the “My Profile” option located left side navigation menu.


When this option has been selected, a drop-down menu displaying following profile management menu options will appear:



  • View Profile: Allows you to view current Member Profile.

  • Update Profile: Allows you to update your current Member Profile Details.

  • Profile Picture: Allows you to upload an image to your Member Profile.

  • Profile Resume: Allows you to upload a resume to your Member Profile

  • Change Password: Allows you to change your “Secure Area” login password.

  • Change Email/Username: Allows you to change your “Secure Area” login username/email address.

  • Privacy Settings**: Allows you to select which of your Member Profile information is made available to other “Secure Area” members as well as enable/disable automatic System email notifications.


By default, your profile is automatically configured to display/share the following profile details with other “Secure Area” members:



  • Profile Name

  • Profile Picture

  • Resume

  • Department/Agency Name


Furthermore, your Member Profile is automatically configured to enable the following System email notifications:



  • “Media Center” New File Uploaded Email Notification: When enabled, System sends you an email notification when a new file has been uploaded to the “Media Center.”

  • Q&A Email Notification: When enabled, System sends you an email notification when a new topic has been posted to the Question & Answer Board or when another member replies to a topic or reply you have posted to the thread.
