The UBL is powered by an internal rechargeable battery built inside a Pelican® case. In addition to its ability to allow ANY Bluetooth® enabled cell phone to be used with Direct-Link LifeLine™, 007, or other Hostage/Crisis Negotiations System, the UBL also features a 12v vehicle cigarette power port to charge a cell phone's battery during prolonged operations. The UBL is delivered with (1) A/C Power Adapter, (1) 12v Power Adapter, (1) ETGI Smart Charger, and a Telephone (RJ-11) patch cable. NOTE: Direct-Link LifeLine^™, 007, or other Hostage/Crisis Negotiations System Console equipped with a landline (RJ) input jack required for operations.
